No Heat Hair Week :)

So this week I decided to do a "NO HEAT HAIR WEEK," to give my hair a break from all the abuse I give it. Unlike my skin who only has makeup on for around 10-12 hours or maybe even less then that on weekends, my hair takes a lot of abuse. I put heat on it almost everyday sometimes twice if I blow dry. So in light of it being the first week with snow and being very cold, I thought my hair could use a well deserved break from heat and hair spray and instead have a deep conduction and a head band. ;) Maybe this will become a yearly thing, you never know but I think I'm going to do these 6 times a year. November,January,march,may,July,Sept.
